ComEd – LED Streetlight Data Collection and Management Program

The scope of work included locating all utility-owned fixtures, recording 48 attributes in a required attributes list, identifying any requirements to bring each street light pole to the LED specification, and associating each fixture with an existing GIS pole record and/or an existing billing ID record in a specified format to upgrade systems with no manual intervention. Our data management team pre-processed all data to verify location and information. After the field audits were complete, all data went through an automated QA/QC process, before our data team finalized it and formatted it to be returned to ComEd.
